Terms of Use

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of the website NorbertsFlow.com (the “Owner”) and the users of the website (the “Users”).

1. General Provisions

1.1. Use of the NorbertsFlow.com website means that the User accepts all the terms of this Agreement in full.

1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he/she must immediately cease using the website.

1.3. The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without notice to Users. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the website.

2. Rights and Obligations of the User

2.2. The User is obliged to:

3. Rights and Obligations of the Owner

3.1. The Owner has the right to:

3.2. The Owner is obliged to:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the website;
  • Protect the personal data of Users in accordance with current legislation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All rights to the website, including its software, design, content, belong to the Owner.

4.2. Users are not entitled to copy, distribute, sell or otherwise use the website materials without the written permission of the Owner.

5. Responsibility

5.1. The Owner is not responsible for any damage caused to the User as a result of using the website.

5.2. The User is responsible for his/her actions on the website in accordance with current legislation.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

6.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
